Our coppery-brown Aurora Amber Ale is a medium-bodied and simply-hopped beer that lets its malt profile shine. An initial sweetness gives way to an undulating membrane of malt flavors, bready, caramelly, a hint of roasted chocolate with a whisper of date and fig. An undercurrent of spicy hop character provided by Crystal and Mount Hood hops round out the caramelly malt profile.
