History

Galactic Brewing Co. was founded with the intention of producing world-class classic beer styles while also promoting interest in boundry-pushing flavor experimentation within brewing. We believe it is vitally important to understand, appreciate, and be able to produce beers that have charmed the world throughout the ages, but also to expand upon them through the implementation of new techniques, equipment, and flavor combinations centered around infusions, extractions, and unique ingredient utilization. Our brewers aim to accomplish this by fostering a work environment that encourages collaborative development, personal and group small-batch experimentation, subsequent peer-review, and iterative improvement on the experimental batches deemed promising. We encourage public involvement by hosting weekly tasting panels on the best of these attempts, and a free monthly brewing class open by sign-up to 25 individuals. This is all in an attempt to provide our community with a local beer outlet designed to provide a unique, memorable, and ever-evolving tasting experience. Our history is young and has yet to be truly written, but with help of the Brewstraunauts amongst you, our future will be one of flavorful exploration.
